I started in my art-education with photography, but changed quickly to art, design and illustration. After the Academy of Arts I landed in Amsterdam and stayed there for 23 years, then running a creative centre elsewhere. 

Now living and working in the North of the Netherlands, where I created an only-Art-related-environment: now and then member of group of artists and participating in an Art-foundation.

What about the process! Every time I start with a new painting on a ever so white canvas, what keeps me going, is my never lasting curiosity: what I am gonna make this time? And during the process: go finish it and see how it looks like. What more can I tell you? It is a journey on a flat surface. Hope you like what you see!
